Tea bowls, or chawan- when used in Japanese Chanoyu tea ceremony, are meant to hold whisked green tea called matcha. After whisking the green tea powder with hot water, drink matcha directly from the bowl.

Wheel-thrown with clear glaze on the interior. Made of speckled stoneware and fired to 2232°F/1220°C. Dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended.

Chasen and chashaku not included.
